    poor service

    Does it deliver?

Cozy atmosphere with new beds greatly enhanced my stay. The restaurant served unexpectedly tasty food, and the friendly staff truly made me feel welcome.

Housekeeping was severely lacking. I experienced multiple days without service, which was quite disappointing.

    accommodating staff
    dated furniture

The staff was very accommodating and always willing to

assist with any requests. I stayed for four nights in a Queen Studio, and at times it was a bit chilly in the room. While overall quiet, the furniture felt dated, a bit of modernization could really enhance the experience.

    comfortable beds
    attractive prices
    poor cleaning

New comfortable beds enhance a good night's sleep. The prices remain attractive, especially amid ongoing renovations.

Cleaning leaves much to be desired. visible dust and unkempt carpets show the need for attention. Some rooms feature damage such as holes in the walls and rickety racks. While trying to secure an updated room, I noticed discrepancies between the advertised room types and the actual layout received, particularly with the open floor plan.

The Patch Lodge had a great location, bar with craft beer, and a comfy King Studio. The food at the on-site restaurant was surprisingly delicious, and the cozy atmosphere tied everything together. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch for early risers.

    WiFi was poor.

Quiet and cozy with newly remodeled rooms, offering easy access to a restaurant on-site. The staff were friendly and truly treated guests like friends, enhancing the overall experience. Grits were a highlight at breakfast, adding a satisfying touch to the stay. While the experience was generally pleasant, these factors could be improved.

    helpful staff

    Single traveler beware

I had a quiet night, nobody bothered me at all. I liked that the staff was helpful, they really tried to assist when I needed anything.

A little pricey for what you get, not a bargain by any means.
